welcome to the world of technology here Christ the King I'm Daniel Barron IT director at the school and I'll be taking you long for a tour through our facilities all of our courses around five technology labs and different certifications we offer there to computer labs for different operating systems one for Linux and one for windows are down lab fabrication lab and Izzy spacelabs the certifications are for by certiport since we are a verified licensing location from Microsoft Office specialist to ic3 and Autodesk certifications are always adding more certifications are a great way to boost not only your experience but also your future our courses start in the computer labs where we help students learn about computers in detail and we begin Cody website and programs the more because I understand the machines and their inner workings the more we can accomplish this is also where we work out hand with Amazon future Engineers program where students interested in engineering at Christ the King we are conscious of the anyways but his ever-growing in an effort to minimize this waste we reuse all our computers parts and to learn about those two Hartford taking them apart in creating something new is the goal of this lab and finding new purpose and old technology is a bonus the bad blood is a special location where we stretch the students Ingenuity by utilizing new I am technology like 3D printers CNC machines virtual reality drones as well as others who attempt to breach the virtual world to the Natural World think of it as a shop class a future where students have a chance to be Hands-On therapy I'm getting skills sought after by companies as our newest addition to the school the Z space lab allows us to expand the students repertoire of learning skills are using augmented reality we are able to immerse students in the world of learning atoms into their hands or making them the director of the story with the world's technology growing rapidly and we need to match that pace in our education new programs skills and opportunities what we offer at Christ the King to make the best of your high school experience
